From stigma to justice - reshaping how we talk about periods.

We’re a volunteer-led non-profit driving real change - from changing laws and influencing policy to tackling period poverty and reshaping how society talks about menstruation.

We fight for period equality and justice in every aspect of life. We distribute period products to those in need, campaign for free products in all public toilets, challenge stigma and shame, deliver period empowerment education, and demand proper care for menstrual health conditions.

We deliver workshops

We run period empowerment sessions. These workshops are created for schools, youth clubs, workplaces and any organisation that is committed to opening up the conversation on all things periods.

We made history by leading a successful campaign to secure free period products in all NI schools - and later in public buildings - making NI the second place in the world after Scotland to offer universal access in selected public buildings.

But we’re not done yet. We’re still pushing for period equality everywhere - because periods should never hold anyone back.

We campaign

We run events

From period parties to wellness activities, we host events that tackle the stigma and open up the conversation around periods.

We love creating a safe, non-judgemental, inclusive and fun space - whether that’s through storytelling, arts & crafts, quizzes, or activism. We’re here to make space for periods, and everyone’s welcome.

We donate period packs

Since 2016, we've donated hundreds of thousands of period products - filled with essential items like pads, tampons, wipes, and underwear — to frontline groups supporting those in need, including hostels, food banks, schools, and refugee services. We’ve always said: no-one should be without the essential items to get them through their period.

“A special event ran by a special group of people who have created something none of us knew we really needed. I've never felt more proud of women and our periods and excited to shout about it and that's because of the amazing work you do. Keep it up and thank you again!

— Event participant feedback

“The workshop went amazing. Katrina was very relaxed and approachable and didn’t make it uncomfortable at all for the year 7 girls. The session was really informative. A few girls felt a bit awkward at the start but got used to it and felt much calmer by the end. She just made it such a relaxing atmosphere to talk about periods, the stigma attached to it and feelings about it.”
