We collect period products and monetary donations to create Period Packs for frontline organisations. Since 2016, we’ve distributed hundreds of thousands of essential items.

Each pack includes pads, tampons, panty liners, wipes, and new underwear. We also provide sustainable options like menstrual cups when requested.

We supply homeless hostels, food banks, women’s refuges, schools, youth clubs, and organisations supporting refugees, asylum seekers, and low-income families.

All of this is made possible thanks to the generosity of our incredible community!

Want to donate? Drop off items at our public donation bin in the Oh Yeah Music Centre, 15–21 Gordon Street, Belfast B1 - or hit the Donate button.

We donate period packs to help tackle period poverty!

What people have said….

“I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the period packs delivered today to the Women’s Aid refuge that I’m staying in at the moment. It was a lovely and much needed surprise for me. You have no idea how much these necessities will help me. I’ve popped your uplifting and empowering note next to my bed as a reminder.”

— Women’s Aid refuge resident

“What would we do without the support of Menstruation Matters Belfast - always going above and beyond continuing to offer period products to those in need - special thanks to their volunteer, Michelle.”

— South-west Belfast food bank
