We run workshops

We deliver engaging, stigma-busting Period Empowerment Workshops to schools, youth groups, workplaces, and community organisations - tackling period shame head-on and reshaping how we talk about periods.

Each workshop is tailored to your audience and we bring all the materials, lead the session in your space, and create an open, inclusive, safe space for everyone.

We’ve delivered workshops to over 2,000 people so far - and we’re just getting started. Our sessions are known for being engaging, informative, and impactful, and the feedback speaks for itself. Scroll down to see what people are saying.

What people have said….

“The workshop was so informative and interactive. It gave the girls time to share their voice, speak their minds and become educated in their own bodies. Honestly phenomenal. Katrina was fantastic, easy to listen to and so down to earth. The girls really learned so much and were given the safe space to ask any questions too!”

Lauren, Youth Leader at Glow NI

“The workshop went amazing. Katrina was very relaxed and approachable and didn’t make it uncomfortable at all for the year 7 girls. The session was really informative. A few girls felt a bit awkward at the start but got used to it and felt much calmer by the end. Katrina just made it such a relaxing atmosphere to talk about periods, the stigma attached to it and feelings about it.”

Mrs Haughian, Blythefield Primary School

“This was such an informative and inspiring session for our staff - a real safe, fun space for menstruators and non- menstruators alike to connect, share and celebrate.”
